General Provisions

pk0k (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online casino and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pk0k and registered users of the platform ("you", "user").

In these Terms, "services" refers to pk0k's website, mobile version, live casino, slot games, sports betting, and all related features.

By accessing the platform or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment, pk0k may request the following documents at any time:

• A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be suspended while the verification process is ongoing. We reserve the right to temporarily close an account if the required documents are not submitted on time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Transaction Policy

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household are not eligible for the bonus.
• pk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Wagering may not apply to certain games or betting markets — details will be stated separately for each offer.

5.4 VIP Program

pk0k's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Regular active participation gives the opportunity to progress to higher tiers. VIP benefits may change at pk0k's discretion.

Gaming Rules

When playing games at pk0k, the specific rules of each game apply. The following general rules apply to all games:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• If there is a dispute over a game result, pk0k's game log will be treated as the final evidence.
• For sports betting, only the officially announced result will be considered final.

Live casino games (live baccarat, live roulette, etc.) are subject to the rules of the game providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Ezugi). It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant provider's rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk0k, and violating them may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening an account using a false or misleading identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, manipulation, or any form of bonus hunting strategy.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward other users or pk0k staff.
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts.
• Attempting to harm the platform through any form of coercion, fraud, or electronic attack.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 pk0k's Rights

pk0k may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification is not completed satisfactorily.
• For the purpose of investigating suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance (subject to bonus terms being met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk0k platform — logos, graphics, software, text, interface design, and other elements — is the intellectual property of pk0k or the respective providers. Copying, distributing, reproducing, or modifying this content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Game provider companies (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi) own the intellectual property of their respective games. pk0k provides these games solely as an authorised distributor.

Limitation of Liability

pk0k is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss suffered by a user due to internet disruption or technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to secure their device.
• Delays or errors in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Consequences of violating laws applicable in the user's area.
